This kitchen remodel was a like-for-like renovation that maintained the original layout while introducing a few thoughtful upgrades to enhance the space. The most noticeable transformation is the new pass-through opening, which brings a more open and connected feel to the kitchen and adjacent living area. To support this feature, we installed a new 4x structural post with a pad footing, ensuring long-term stability and safety. We also designed and implemented a new electrical plan to improve functionality and bring the system up to modern standards. The result is a refreshed kitchen that feels familiar but functions better for everyday living.
