8320 Greenhill Drive (New Kitchen Design)

This project involves the full remodel of an existing kitchen to achieve a modern, open-concept layout that enhances spatial connectivity between the kitchen, living room, and adjacent hallway. The scope of work includes the complete demolition of the existing kitchen cabinetry, appliances, finishes, and all surrounding partition walls that previously defined the kitchen perimeter. Additionally, one window on the right-side wall has been removed to accommodate the revised spatial layout and maximize wall utility.

The new design features a modern corridor-style kitchen anchored by a central island measuring 108" x 42", which includes a new undermount sink and an integrated under-counter dishwasher. This island serves as both a functional work zone and a social gathering point, reinforcing the open-concept intent.

Along the main kitchen wall—measuring 24" deep x 195" long—the layout incorporates a new range, refrigerator, and full-height cabinetry to provide efficient storage and clean lines consistent with a contemporary aesthetic. Finishes and materials are selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and visual cohesion with the surrounding living spaces.

The result is a bright, airy kitchen environment that blends seamlessly with the main living areas, improving both daily functionality and the home’s entertainment capacity.
