1309 Dayton Ave (New Bathroom Design)

For this 8ft x 5ft bathroom remodel, the goal was to make the most of a compact space while keeping the turnaround time quick and efficient. The layout is achieved by repositioning the toilet and sink to create a more open, functional flow. To bring in natural light while maintaining privacy and safety, I installed a new 3016 awning window and a 1030 single-hung window with tempered glass. I also created detailed interior elevations and proposed a design plan to help visualize the transformation and ensure everything came together smoothly. The result is a refreshed, more spacious bathroom that feels brighter and better suited to everyday use.
